1 General Terms and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and 30jl ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing 30jl, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you accept these Terms in full.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 30jl platform. We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The effective date shown above reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms apply to all products and services available on 30jl, including fish games, eBingo, slots, live casino, sports betting, and any other game categories added to the platform over time.

2 Eligibility and Age Requirement

You must meet all of the following conditions to be eligible to register and play on 30jl:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform from within the Philippines or from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable local law.
• You are not prohibited from gambling by any court order, self-exclusion programme, or legal restriction applicable to you.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person.
• You have not previously had a 30jl account suspended or permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms.

30jl takes the 21+ age requirement seriously. We verify player age and identity through the KYC process before processing any withdrawal. If we determine that a player is underage at any point, the account will be immediately closed and any funds handled in accordance with applicable policy.

3 Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on 30jl. Duplicate accounts are not permitted. If we detect multiple accounts registered by the same individual, we reserve the right to close the additional accounts and void any associated balances or bonuses.

When registering, you must provide accurate and truthful information. This includes your legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with any other person. 30jl uses OTP verification and SSL-encrypted connections to protect your account, but you must also take reasonable precautions on your end — such as logging out on shared devices and using a strong, unique password.

• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Do not allow any other person to use your account to place wagers.
• Account access is personal and non-transferable.

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits and transactions on 30jl are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). There is no currency conversion applied to your account balance. Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfers, InstaPay, PESONet, and supported local e-wallets.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that is registered in your own name. 30jl does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any deposit identified as originating from an account not belonging to the registered player may be refunded and the associated gaming activity voided.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts per transaction are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account balance immediately or within a short processing window, depending on the payment method used.
• If a deposit does not appear in your account within the expected timeframe, contact support with your transaction reference number.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on 30jl.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are paid out in Philippine Peso directly to your nominated Philippine bank account or e-wallet. The nominated account must be in your own name and must match the name on your 30jl registration.

KYC identity verification must be fully approved before any withdrawal can be processed. This is a firm requirement — there are no exceptions. If your KYC documents have not been submitted or approved, your withdrawal request will remain pending until verification is complete.

• Withdrawal requests are processed in the order received, subject to any VIP priority queuing that applies to your account tier.
• Processing times vary by channel — InstaPay transfers within banking hours are typically faster than PESONet batch settlements.
• 30jl does not charge withdrawal processing fees, though your bank or e-wallet provider may have their own fee structures.
• Winnings generated from bonus play remain subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

30jl offers various promotional bonuses including reload bonuses, cashback offers, and VIP tier rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are displayed at the time the bonus is offered or credited to your account.

General bonus conditions that apply across the platform unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded in PHP and applied to your account balance.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any portion of the resulting balance can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is shown in each bonus's terms.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are issued for the account holder's personal use only and cannot be transferred.
• 30jl reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings if there is evidence of abuse, manipulation, or exploitation of promotional terms.
• Bonuses expire if not used within the period stated in their individual terms.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

All games on 30jl — including fish games, eBingo, slots, live casino, and sports betting — involve an element of chance. No outcome is guaranteed. The platform does not promise profitable results to any player, and any system or strategy claiming guaranteed wins in connection with 30jl is false.

Players are expected to engage with the platform in good faith. The following actions constitute prohibited conduct and may result in account suspension or permanent closure:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or tools to automate gameplay or gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical faults for financial gain — any such gains must be reported to support and may be reversed.
• Placing wagers intended to artificially fulfil bonus wagering requirements without genuine gameplay.
• Any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud on deposit transactions.

Sports betting wagers are settled based on the official result of the relevant event. In cases of event cancellation, postponement beyond 24 hours, or force majeure, bets are typically voided and stakes returned — specific rules are shown within the sportsbook for each market.

8 Responsible Gaming

30jl is committed to providing a gaming environment that supports responsible play. We recognise that gaming can become problematic for some players, and we take our role in supporting at-risk individuals seriously.

• Players can request deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings.
• Self-exclusion is available for players who need a break or wish to stop playing permanently. A self-exclusion request can be submitted via the support channel.
• 30jl does not market to players who have self-excluded or who are under active restrictions.

10 Account Suspension and Termination

30jl reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account at any time if:

• A breach of these Terms is detected or suspected.
• The account is found to belong to a player who is underage or otherwise ineligible.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering, or suspicious transaction patterns are identified.
• A self-exclusion request is active.
• The player requests account closure.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach, any balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted under applicable policy. Where an account is closed at the player's request with no active breach, any remaining withdrawable balance is processed after standard verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

30jl provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure platform availability and accuracy, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled and emergency maintenance may temporarily affect access to some or all platform features.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 30jl is not liable for any losses — financial or otherwise — arising from platform downtime, game errors subsequently identified as technical faults, incorrect odds displayed due to data feed errors, or actions taken in reliance on information provided on the platform.

In all cases, the maximum liability of 30jl to any player in connection with a specific incident is limited to the amount of the relevant wager involved in that incident.

12 Changes to These Terms

30jl may update these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this page. For significant changes that affect player rights or obligations, we will notify registered players via the contact information on their account.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with a change, you may request account closure before the change takes effect.
